Store Shipping Policy
Twin Creek Outfitters LLC will ship items within 1-5 business days of any order providing the item is in stock. Should the item not be in stock and have to be special ordered, order processing and shipment may take up to 7-10 business days. Most all Twin Creek Outfitters LLC orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service, 2-3 day Priority Mail.
We do not ship internationally.
Every item on our website comes with Twin Creek Outfitters 30 Day 100% satisfaction guarantee(Some Restrictions Apply). If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item. *Due to federal laws regarding liability we cannot allow treestands, under-garments, books, videos, software, bows, crossbows, or opened foods (unless defective) to be returned, also muzzleloaders cannot be returned to Twin Creek Outfitters LLC, due to liability they must be returned to the manufacturer directly. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted.

Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed. The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.
